Benedict College Women’s Business Center (WBC) seeks to initiate the leveraging required to support small, minority and women-owned businesses throughout the state of South Carolina. Aligning with Benedict College’s mission as a catalyst for economic
development, the WBC serves as the first gender-focused statewide entrepreneurial initiative for socially and economically disadvantaged small and minority-owned businesses in the state.
We collaborate with start-up, existing, and expanding businesses throughout South Carolina. Our comprehensive services offer entrepreneurs personalized and group business training, referrals, technology, and continuous business case management. Assistance is provided virtually and on-site at our Columbia office located at Benedict College Business Development Center, 2601 Read Street, Columbia, SC 29204.
